Absolutely, if you are not 100% happy with your box within 14 days of receiving it, you can return it with all contents intact and we will refund you.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes, our theme-bedroom boxes make the ideal gift for weddings, house-warmings, birthdays. They are also a perfect present for children leaving home to go to university etc. On our order page you will have the option of giving a different delivery address to the billing address. Enter the address of the recipient of your gift and fill in your message in the message box. They will then receive a personalised card with their box.

How long will the shipping take?

Your box should arrive within a week and we will send you an e-mail informing you when it has been shipped.

Where are the goods manufactured?

All our bed linen and accessories are proudly made in South Africa!

How many copies are made of each theme?

We do a maximum of 30 bedroom designs the same so the chances of you having the same theme as a friend are minimal. We are constantly bringing out different variations and new designs

How will I know what bedding sizes I need?

Look at the label on your duvet cover, pillows and matress or the labels on your existing bed linen, you can then order accordingly.

Do we cater for the Hospitality industry?

Yes, you can order designs direct from our website, we also offer the possibility of ordering extra sets of bed linen for guest changeovers in our accessories section.

Will the nails make big holes in my wall?

Only if you use a frying pan because you couldn`t find the hammer!
Our banners are very light so a few careful taps with your hammer should secure the nails enough to support the banners. If you find a hole was created when you eventually remove the nails they can easily be filled with ready-to-use poly-filler available from any hardware store. If you would prefer to insatll a more secure system to suspend your banners, you could use a driils and the appropriate wall sleeves and hooks, all our bedrooms work on the same system so you could leave the hooks in for your next theme!

What if I have drywalls?

The rods and banners are very light, as are the centrepieces, so hooks with a peel off backing should support them. Please ask you hardware store for advice on the appropriate drywall hook system.

What if I have very high ceilings?

Our banners are 2m 60cms long which would be suitable for most ceiling heights as the banners only has to reach to 5 cms below your bed head or 10cms below your bed base. This is the maximum length we supply.

What curtains should I buy?

Plain cream or neutral earth tones would be the best option. The neutral colour will compliment any bedroom theme. Ready made, easy-to-hang curtains are available from most home decor shops, you will just need to verify what hanging system you have and take correct measurements. Otherwise you could have curtains made with a fabric featured in your basic theme, some bigger home decor stores or seamstresses offer made to measure curtain design services.

What if I have a mattress on the floor?

Our bedroom decor system works just as well regardless of the height of your bed base or lack of it!

Will the designs work if I have a single bed?

Yes, you can order the "accessories only" box from Bedrooms in Boxes then buy a cream or white single bed linen set from any home decor store. The banners can either be installed either side of your bed or if the bed is places against the wall due to limited space, one banner can be hung in the middle behind your bed and one in the middle on the side.

What if i have a window behind my bed?

Move the bed! If this is not possible the banners can be hung, side by side on a wall opposite your bed or on the side of the bed to create the theme.
